    My carbonite & crossover manuals refer to button insert templates that are available for download on your website. I have searched a few times and have been unable to locate them.

    I am not sure how, but it seems when we ported our website over we missed these. I will get these added in the next few days and then post a link in this post to where they are at. sorry about that.

    I can't seem to find thees insert templates either, just for the carbonite black solo.

    But look under dimensions......not sure why but I have asked they be placed under the downloads :)

     

    Also they are inside the Software Version Download that has all of the documents and manuals as well.
