Hi there. We currently have a group of :05 sec show opens we activate out of Xpressions. There is no
audio married to these through Xpressions. We would like to add audio to these but are unsure how.
I believe I can import an audio file into my audio files folder and then add it to my audio layer in my scene
director. I've loaded in a WAV file and dropped it to the audio track. But it does not play the audio.

Finally once the scene has both the animation and audio can I load it into the take editor and play the both
in sync? Thanks for any direction to this newbie question.

Hi,
First, Xpression use 16bits, 48kHz audio file.

When you put a sound file on sound track on your scene director, you link this audio to the scene. So you'll hear your sound while the scene is online in sequencer mode., both are sync.

Hello, I am using Xpression 5.7 Build 3064. I too have had difficulty with the Xpression audio. I am using a .Wav file 16Bits, 48Khz. I place it in the Scene director and when i go to sequence mode and then take it, i dont hear anything. Am i doing anything wrong?

Totally nailed it! i now have audio in both program sections: Layout and Sequencer. Such pain.
