Ok, so one other thing, we are having issues with is that we don't have the Admin password for the Xpression Prime set we have, and we need to do updates. Right now, all the directions I'm being given are showing systems newer than we have, and we're still under the first year terms, and I need to know how to update the various bits and bytes of the system. Any help is much appreciated!
