I've got a few people in the newsroom who are adding spaces before and after some CG's which throws off the spacing. Is there a way to tell Xpression to ignore any spaces before the first character and after the last character in a cg? Thanks!

Try this in the OnSetText script of the text object you don't want leading or trailing spaces on:

text = trim(text)
