Graphics

I made a full screen graphic and published the project like I always do. However, when I open this particular graphic in inception, I can't edit the title bar. Initially the title bar line shows

But when I click on the title line to edit it, the line "shifts up" so it is barely visible and I cannot edit it.

Has anyone ever had this problem and is there a way to solve it?

I found a fix for this. In the Title text, Data Source tab, the "Enable User Input Controls" button was checked. I unchecked it, republished and it is now working.
