Is there a way to adjust the title safe guides on a 16:9 project to reflect the 4:3 aspect ratio? We're sending out our SD channel as a centre-cut crop of the HD channel, and I need the graphics to reflect this.

Hi Joey,

In the object manager click on the scene object (very first object in the manger). In the object inspector you'll see options for safe title/safe action.

If you change the safe title to left = 20% right = 20% that should give you a good idea of the 4:3 safe area.
