Here is the e-mail I received from my AM Director:

"I had the Xpression basically lock up this morning before the show. It has happened once before. I went to click on a CG to check it, and I got an error window that says "Exception class EAaccessviolation". I can close the window, but every time I click back on the window I get the same error. Is there an error log you can check or something to see why this is happening and hopefully fix it? Luckily, today it happened as I was checking CGs before the show so I have time to close and reopen the program. But last time it was right before the show and I had to do the first block without any CGs."

Any ideas? I don't know a lot about the technical aspects behind Xpression, such as checking error logs. I asked my IT manager what he thought and he said I should ask you guys.

    Hello Brittany,

Technical errors should be reported to Ross Video Technical Support. They can help you collect logs and investigate the error you are encountering. Out of curiosity, are you able to replicate the Access Violation?

They can be reached at techsupport@rossvideo.com
