    How can I do: in Sequencer when I call a scene but before that another squence or a video play after that main sequence can come to output?

    If I understand, you could put the first video scene on a different layer in the sequencer (level2), as it is playing you could put the second scene on line on a lower level (level1) than the video scene. When the video finishes, take the scene off line to reveal the scene underneath.
