Hello,
We've been having issues for a while now where our Xpression will freeze up mid-show.
It's always a different graphic or on different scenarios when it happens.
The different scenarios are:
- I take a graphic offline and it will clear from output but still shows as being played out (bold letters) on sequencer
- The background won't play out when I advance (gives me floating letters)
- Pictures/Videos won't link. They look ok on preview and once they are played out they disappear.
Has anyone ever experienced anything like this?
It's very random when it crashes. We have a pretty big load of graphics, we have 4 projects load at a time through the project server and we've got people updating/dropping graphics constantly. Our memory bar varies from 35%-65% all night and performance bar is also constantly at 25% and will shoot up everytime we play out a graphic.
Would appreciate any input.
