  • 1.  Black bar across the top of lower thirds

This is something that we just recently noticed with our lower thirds and we are wanting to know if we have just been oblivious or if we have a problem. Any time we create a lower third using a quad or cube and publish it, there is a thin black like that goes across the top of it. This clashes with some of the thirds we have created and we would like to get rid of it. What, if anything, can we do to get rid of this?

If you look at it on a Virtual Output do you see the line? (put white or some solid color on a layer behind your lower third)..

If it looks fine on a virtual output, then my guess would be that their might be a line offset between the fill and key when they go into the switcher. Is one of them being fed through a framesync or something, while the other signals goes direct?
