  • 1.  Graphic leaves black impression when taken off screen.

    I put a logo onto the screen.
    When we test it manually and take it off line, everything works fine.
    When we use the automation gateway to take the scene off line, a graphic shaped black spot in still visible.
    How can this be?
    (It is an HD project, amidst HD projects, but normally HD works fine in an SD system.)

    My guess is that the key is still online. How are you taking the scene offline?
