  • 1.  Changing speed of a video asset

    Posted 01-04-2017 15:51
I have a replay transition wipe that I am trying to get working and I can not get it right. The frame rate is correct and it plays fine but at a painful slow speed. Less then half the desired speed. I tried to go into scene director and shorten it by dragging the bar to the left to shrink it but that had no impact. I tried different frame rates but nothing got it where it needs to be.

How do I make this replay the appropriate speed and then program the key frames to cut between the two feeds at the right point?

If I forgot pertinent information I will gladly provide when responded to.

    Thanks.

Try creating a brand new project and adding the video to a scene. If this works, then it's possible your existing project has the wrong video mode chosen (click Convert Project Format in the menu to see what the project is defined as). If it doesn't work in a brand new project/scene then that is something you could upload and share with us to see what is wrong.

Seems my engineer tried it on the system and got it working properly. Now all I need is a tutorial explain how to set the key frame to transition between feeds. Anyone have it? How to program this animation to cut to the other feed at the right time in the transition?
