  • 1.  XPression CII Gateway failed to initialize properly

    We're having some issues with the XPression CII Gateway, which I think is the reason why we can't talk to XPression through our Vision switcher correctly.

    When XPression CII Gateway loads, we get a window with the following error:

    "Access violation at address 00404D54 in module 'xpCIIGateway.exe'. Read of address 0000000A."

    We're unable to change any of the settings. When we try and click OK we get this:

    "List index out of bounds (-1)"

    Help?

    Update:

    By manually editing the settings.ini file with notepad, I was able to change the tcp port to 9090 and get our switcher talking to XPression.

    The other errors still persist though, and we would like to eradicate those if possible.
