  • 1.  Grey Fill Output on External Keyer in 1080p @ 59.94

    Hi all,

    Has anyone come across Xpression outputting a grey key layer only in 1080p59.94?

    (pic attached)

    This is with no graphics being output.
    when a graphic is used the key layer has its output, but the screen still stays grey.

    In 720p59.94 and 1080p29.97 it works fine.

    What output card are you using and what version of XPression are you using?
    What driver version is your output card running?
    If this is urgent you should reach out to Ross Technical Support.
