I am trying to have my camera follow a moving target...for example, i am focused on a large graphic and want to zoom into to a section of that graphic using a nice camera angle
i could do it with a simple camera movement but it would have to be straight on camera shot and i'm looking for some angle.
i created a camera and a target object (either a group or a sphere); and connected via the camera > direction > object; then animated my camera and the target object to get a nice zoom in and angle (exactly what i'm looking for). But when i go to playback I receive an error.
i thought maybe it was my scene so i recreated in another simple scene with just basic primitives and got the same error.
so it seems that a camera CANNOT follow a moving object, but it can follow a static object?
any help is appreciated
