I have a simple visual logic question. I'm trying to set up a lower third that scales the text from 1 line to 2 lines while keeping the pivot point in the center of a box. What is the best way to do this? I have attached an example of what I'm trying to accomplish.

Are they two separate text fields? In the example I posted here, the "complex" version of the visual logic to vertically center (not really that complex, just more than the simple version) works with multiple lines.

If it is a single text object, it should be as easy as linking Bounding Box Height Scaled of the text to the y scale of the bg quad...

To limit scaling of text, I use multiple text fields. Top & TopOneline and link the text with VisualLogic so the producer only has to enter the text one place. This also seemed helpful for setting different character limits & autosqueeze points.
