  • 1.  Problem with Excel XLSX DataLinq

    I'm trying to setup a DataLinq to an xlsx spreadsheet, but I'm getting an error when I test the connection.



    Any thought on what's happening here?

    When you click "Select Template" and click on "Installed Providers", do you see ACE.OLDDB in the list like this?

    I'm taking a wild shot here, but you might need to install this: Access Database Engine

    I did not see that specific provider. I installed the access database engine you linked and it is now working.

    I am on Windows 7. This is a dual channel xpression studio that we purchased directly from Ross a few weeks ago.
