We built a credit scroll group and tried to load it from Datalinq. It does not scroll correctly. Static credits work, however it scrolls incorrectly with Datalinq information. It just repeats the first line. We see the thumbnails correctly on the side of the screen, but on the monitor when brought through our Ross Synergy 1 switcher, it doesn't work. The Datalinq pages for our lower thirds work great. How do I fix this issue?

I was lucky enough to find someone that understood my issue outside of this forum. So, for those that might need the answer to fixing this issue ...
The secret is this:
1. Load the credits thru Datalinq.
2. Select all the pages.
3. Right Click
4. Select Datalinq->change pages to static
Then it all works!
