Graphics

We had our Xpression Studio updated to Version 4.1 Build 2134 back in December. We then upgraded to HD a couple months later, so I built a new graphics package using the updated software. Now, scenes will work fine, and then suddenly it will change an object completely black, almost as though it turned the object into a mask. Then only way to fix this is to completely replace the object. I'm just wondering if anyone has seen anything like this, and if there is anything I can do to fix the problem. Thanks.

Verify if the z-scale is not 0...

Z-scale on text is one. I don't see the option for Z-scale on other objects. But this is a problem that will sporadically hit a text object or a quad object or a background. It will be working fine until suddenly turns the entire object completely black and I can't change it without replacing the entire object.

If you save the project while the item is showing black, and then you reload the project, does the item stay black?

If so, send a copy of the project to Ross Tech Support and they can look into it.
