    We have had several instances of Xpression MOS files in the ENPS scripts not show up in the Studio playout rundown. When clicking on the MOS file inside of the script, the video player window comes up and it's reading it as a MOS video file instead of an Xpression MOS file.We've also noticed that the color of the MOS file as a light teal, which matches the color of the MOS video file, but when the Xpression file is correct, it is a dark blue color. This is a random occurrence that does not happen in any regular fashion.

    It sounds like you have an XPression MOS plugin somewhere that has the wrong MOS ID.

    What version & build of XPression are you running and do you have 'Enforce Gateway's MOS ID' enabled on the XPression MOS Gateway?

    When you have this happen again, you can copy/paste the mos item from the ENPS story and paste it into a text editor like notepad and compare it with one that is correct. Compare the MOS ID field as Garner described. If nothing obvious stands out between the two, I would contact Ross Video's tech support and you can send those two MOS objects to them.
