    Hi,

    How to use it ? In Hardware Setup I can add "AVI Recorder" as Output (with state "Initialized"), but it never appears in Output Monitor list...

    I need to export a video by API.

    If it doesn't appear in the output list, perhaps you are running on a single channel edition system. Try removing the other output, then add the AVI recorder.

    It works... So AVI Recorder is register like a real channel...

    What I want to do is to render a scene in an AVI in order to apply it to a 3D object (because render view don't work in my case).

    I will use a Studio AE version for that... Bu how can I set the filename of the AVI Recorder with API to not disturb the user ?
