• 1.  Setting default Framebuffer for a Clip

    Hi there,

Does anyone know how to set a Clip's default Framebuffer? All of our Clips are defaulting to Server Channel 1.

Thanks in advance for any and all help. Take care!

Not in front of the software at the moment but I believe if you are in Layout mode (F3), you select the scene template and on of the tabs in the Object Inspector has an option to set default Framebuffer for all clips using that scene.

I believe you will need to have the scene object selected in your Object Manger as well or else you may not see that option. I will try to respond back with a screen cap when I am at my station.

If you are talking about Clips coming from the Clip Browser and being added to the Sequencer then they will be assigned whatever Server Channel has focus (the light blue outline around a server channel). You can change the server channel focus by double clicking the server channel or by going ALT+1 (server channel 1) or ALT+2 (sever channel 2).

    Appreciate the feedback, friends.

I'm working with our Creative Services Director on this. Thank you!
