    How do I change the representative frame (the frame that shows up as an icon) on a video material.> I have some replay transistions that I want to see a frame in the middle of the actual video so i visually can see what item I am playing out...

    You can set the preview frame in the scene director, or in the transition properties of the scene. I can't remember exactly where (I'm not near our XPression machine at the moment), but those are basically where you can set that.

    in the scene director, right click on the timeline where you want the representative frame to be, a pull down lets you "set preview"
