I think this is more a question of what can the QR code reader software do, and less of what XPression can do. Because your main limitation is going to be what the QR reader can do when a QR code is scanned and what is in the QR code. I picture that you either want XPression to read from a database/file the QR reader creates or trigger XPression/Dashboard as QR codes are scanned.
What information will be in the QR codes?
Do you already have the QR reader and its software? Or are you starting from scratch?
Can the QR code software:
- build a database as codes are scanned?
- send TCP messages as codes are scanned?
- build a webpage?
- write to a file?
Will the QR codes have:
- IDs?
- Names? (how will they be formatted?)
