I need graphic help and thank you to answer me..

I just wanna make a graphic window and i need it not straight i need it Italic . i did it in photoshop . and in expression i make a quad and then material, texture the psd file and another texture for the picture now i just cant control the size of the picture . How to resize the picture without the psd file .where Can i attach the picture to explain what i need exactly? ... sorry my English is not good and i hope you understand me :)
