I've created a full screen graphic with a sponsored slate at the beginning of an in transition, which reveals tweets. I've built in basic transition logic to flip between tweets datalinq'ed with Inception in different takeID items. Then I have an out transition that closes to the same sponsor slate. Is there any way to have a pause event stop the in and out transitions at the first and last frames, respectively, so that it will hold on the sponsor slate until I am ready to reveal the first tweet, and keep the slate online at the end of the out transition?

If you build the IN and OUT transition using animation controllers then you can place a pause event on the scene director that corresponds to those animations. I don't know that you can do it if using the IN and OUT in the Take Item. Transition logic comes into play as well.

I have had an issue like that before. I found that in my main animation the pause was ignored if a different scene director was playing later in time than the pause occurred. It basically made xpression jump past the pause.
