Hi,

My customer has connected NCAM system to the Xpression Studio, he set the right IP address, the right port number and tagged the "enable" box. In the Xpression scene, he created perspective camera, enabled the "tracking/global" setting and published every parameters. The symptom is that he can see the Ncam datas into the Xpression Studio but the virtual camera doesn't move. An important information is that he succeeded to make it work with Xpression Designer with the same setting but not with the Studio. Is there any specific option to install into the studio to make it work ?

- must be on builds 5.9 3152 or higher

- must have XPression Chroma Keyer option (enables Depth of Field, Lens Distortion, CCD Size & Centering)

- must have camera set to active and tracking/global

- must have timecode embedded in SDI connected to XPression Input 1 (verify input is active) and same embedded timecode SDI connected to NCAM server

- must have viewport active
