Hello,

My Datalinq Manager (Projects > Datalinq Manager) is showing up as a faded grey and won't open in Xpressions Prime. Why is that? The Datalink Server application works, however.

Datalinq is an option which must be purchased separately. If it is not available, the button will be grey and disabled.
The datalinq manager does not require a license to run; only the Prime or Studio application needs to be licensed to connect to the datalinq server.
