Is there any way to pause a video on a certain frame? From what I can see there doesn't seem to be any way to do this and the video completely ignores anything on the animation composer.

Drag and drop your video material from material manager onto the scene director of your scene. Then add pause events to the scene director. Make sure your video materials have 'auto start' and 'free running' unchecked or else they will ignore the pause events in the scene director.
