When you select your Carbonite crosspoint with the XPression device assigned to it you can select the Take ID, Channel # and Layer #. So any take item in the XPression Sequencer can be triggered to any channel (framebuffer) and any layer.
So after selecting the XPression device crosspoint hit next until your Carbonite menu says 'Take ID - Channel - Layer'.
So when you drop your XPression Clips from the Clip Browser into the Sequencer they are assigned a take ID # - and those take IDs can be triggered to any channel and layer.
You can also assign a take item to a specific framebuffer and then just trigger the take ID from Carbonite (with no channel or layer assignment) and the take ID will go online on whatever framebuffer it is assigned to in the Sequencer.
If you want to cue your clips onto the XPression Virtual Clip Channels you will need to use AMP from the Carbonite and then recall the XPression Clips by name from the Carbonite using custom controls.
