I was curious why XPression Designer is only showing 4GB of Memory on the startup splash screen when I'm using a system with 32GB of RAM. Is this a limitation of this version, or have I overlooked a configuration setting to allow the program to utilize the systems full complement of RAM?

XPression is currently only a 32bit process which means it is limited to 4GB of RAM. It is very rare that XPression would ever need more memory than that, even with very large projects.
It is very smart about how it dynamically caches textures into RAM and free's them on demand.

Thanks bford, I should have considered this, but I may have read somewhere that XPression was going towards a 64bit version, or Ross had already released a 64bit version. I appreciate you clarifying this for me.
