I am trying to get weather information into Datalinq. I found a Yahoo! link that is XML formatted but for some reasons it appears blank when I browse it in Datalinq. The URL is https://query.yahooapis.com/v1/public/yql?q=select%20*%20from%20weather.forecast%20where%20woeid%20in%20(select%20woeid%20from%20geo.places(1)%20where%20text%3D%22orange%2C%20ca%22)&format=xml&env=store%3A%2F%2Fdatatables.org%2Falltableswithkeys Please help!

I know a lot of people that use forecast.weather.gov to get their weather into Datalinq.. e.g. http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lat=38.6225&lon=-90.1911&unit=0&lg=english&FcstType=dwml

Your link worked fine in my datalinq; so it might be something that has been resolved in a newer version than what you are running. I am using a beta version of 6.5.

I am on the most current Datalinq version "in the wild" which is 6.2. Does anyone have a 6.2 datalinq they can try it on to determine if it is the software?

Worked for me also in 6.2..

I just realized in your original screenshot, you created an XML datalinq which is only for local files. To access XML on a Webserver you need to use the RSS datalinq.

Success! Re-configuring it as RSS (instead of XML) solved the issue. Thanks for your help!
