  • 1.  Blackmagic Decklink

    We have a system running Xpression Studio with some Decklink HD Extreme 3 Cards and we are having some issues. The system will output correctly and it seems to generally works well, however it locks up when shutting down or changing projects and can be a little buggy from time to time. I was wondering if there was specific driver build for the blackmagic cards.

    What is the current BlackMagic Decklink driver and firmware you are running?

    What version and build of XPression are you running?

    Are the Decklinks the main output cards or are you using them for something else?

    Its running drivers 10.7.1 drivers, Xpression version 6.2 buid 3526. These are the main output cards, I am trying to figure out the firmware version but an having trouble finding where its listed

    Did you upgrade the BlackMagic Decklink driver recently? We have only tested up to Desktop Video 9.7.3.

    Yes I did but I can uninstall and retry the 9.7.3

    What version of the driver did you upgrade from?

    Presumably it stopped working after you upgraded?
