Hi Qfaraz,
Your probably best of creating a stagger animation effect for the text object, you can then drag this onto your text object. (see attached) The good thing about stagger animations is that you can use this same effect on other text objects, as well as shifting them on the timeline and reversing if required. It gives you more flexibility.
As another option you could create an animation in an animation controller and then you can copy and paste in the scene director on an empty track. As long as you have another text object in the scene, it will give you an option to choose a destination e.g text2 for the key frames to be copied to. (see attached) again you can shift the animation controller in the timeline, reverse etc. The flexibility of an animation controller also enables you to transfer the key frames onto other objects not just a like for like object, e.g text object.
