I'm trying to add a chroma key effect to an object with a live input material, but in the Effects bin under Keying, I only have box mask & drop shadow. Was chroma key available in V6.0 build 3326? I also looked through the material blending options and nothing jumped out at me.

Chroma Keying has been available in all versions of XPression; but it requires a license for it, it is not included in the base version of XPression.
You can check in the Help->About menu to see which licenses are available on the machine.

That is the problem, we don't have the license. I'll have to go begging. Or is it possible that we purchased the license but didn't load it?

It would have been programmed onto the dongle in the Factory before shipping; so if it is not listed in the about menu it wasn't purchased.
