I'm building a ticker for a lower third that needs to move on the y axis. Thanks to the helpful posts here I was able to get the masking to work but I haven't figured out to move the crawling ticker off the screen.

Here's an image that might better explain. The white bar with the crawling ticker needs to move down on the y axis so it disappears behind the gray bar. This will be controlled by transition logic depending on a set rule.
