  • 1.  Cannot see preview in iNews

    I made a new graphic and for some reason cannot see the preview image of it in the iNews preview window. However, if I drag it into the rundown for playout on the Xpression studio, it DOES show up. I can't figure out why the preview is not there of the image.

    Did you update the XPression Project loaded on your preview engine?
    Do you have project server?

    Other than publishing it to the project server (yes we have one), how else can it be updated?
    It's strange cause certain things are updated but this dang graphic is not showing up on preview engine, but it does show on the studio side while playing out supers.

    I think I solved it. I rebooted the MOS Gateway PC and they are showing up in preview now.
