    To put it simply Access Violations are bugs in the XPression software. They occur when some function in the software collides with another or fails. Sometimes Access Violations can be totally harmless, and sometimes they can be disruptive.

    The easiest Access Violations to fix are the ones that are repeatable. If you can make an Access Violation happen over and over again, then a cell phone video of the process (from start to finish) of the issue occurring, and a copy of your project and logs, is usually all we need to find a fix. Access Violations that aren't repeatable can be harder to find and fix of course. While the Access Violation dump you posted is sometimes enough to look for a fix, getting video, descriptions and files that help us replicate the Access Violation is much more effective.

    If the Access Violation you receive includes a "Submit/Send" button then sending the error in with a description of what actions lead to the Access Violation can be helpful. Yes, we really do read all the Access Violation reports that get sent in via the software submission.

    It looks like you are running a pre-release version of XPression 7.0, presumably provided to you by Ross Rocket Surgery? Your Access Violations sounds repeatable, so we'd love to get it fixed in time for the release of version 7.

    Sorry for the delay in my reply. We had some client changes that required some re-working on the design side, so I have pivoted temporarily away from the XPression build until we can get those locked in, so I hadn't revisited this for a few days.

    I will say that I have tried to hit 'send' when the dialogue comes up, and it spins for a moment and returns a fail, which is why I thought to post here. The error seems to come up after either running the 'delete unused materials' command, or even when I delete a material from a merged scene which I know to not be in use. This has only occurred when I have imported in scenes from other projects.

    I am indeed running a pre-release of 7, and it was provided by RS, as we are working with them on a major install - building the package they will subsequently implement on site. I'd definitely love to help you solve this, let me know what I can do to help
