  • 1.  Xpression not connecting to Ross carbonite

    Our xpression just stopped talking to our carbonite, we can no longer preview or call graphics live with key?

    any thoughts on why this would happen

    If this is urgent please reach out to Technical Support: Tech Support

    Are you able to ping the Carbonite IP from your XPression?

    Do you still have a RossTalk board added to the GPI Boards in XPression?

    Edit > Hardware Setup > GPI Boards >

    Does it show as active?

    I assume your issue is with controlling XPression from Carbonite and not actually getting an output from XPression?

    If you recall graphics from XPression manually you are still getting an output, correct?

    Thanks for your help, exactly what you said fixed it, worked through it myself, wish I had seen this 30 mins ago, what through me was we had just come out of a show where it worked and nothing changed, I have reached out to tech support and sent them logs, so hopefully they can shed some light. Thanks again for all your help and speedy response.
