Issues transfering files to Xpression Clips that have been rendered with Ross Codec

We're Running Xpression Clips Via VDCP from our control room switcher and are having issues getting the video into the Video Clips manager. We currently have a "folder watcher" set up to ingest the videos when they are dropped into our ingest folder. Our graphics suites were all outfitted with the latest Ross codec but when they send the rendered graphic to the Xpression Clipss ingest folder, the video always fails to ingest and is moved into the failed folder. When they send the file as a quicktime animation it functions perfectly. has anyone had issues with this?
Is this an ingest problem? or a codec problem?

    What version of Incoder?
Can you post a copy of one of the XPression Codec files that fails to ingest?
Can you post the XPression Incoder logs that has ingest failures in it?
I don't think this is the problem, but can you make sure the XPression Codec has also been installed on the computer running the XPression Incoder? (Reboot after installing)
Do you have the setting "re-encode files that are already in the XPression codec" enabled on the Incoder? (Found the in processors tab)

You may want to reach out to Ross Tech Support to get this resolved.
