I have a lower third that receives a score from an Excel spreadsheet. That works fine. However, they have requested that I add a second score field to the layout and update all the takes that were already populated in sequencer. I have added dummy data to the second field in the spreadsheet, linked all the fields and saved it. Despite clicking "refresh datalinqs" in the shortcut menu for each take it does not see the updated value in the spreadsheet.

Is this a change that would require the take to be removed and re-added to sequencer?
How can I test the data in the second score field?

I feel like this should be simple and straight forward. I have to have this done tonight. Thanks again to the community for the help.

Ok, strange. Everything seems to work as expected with exception of the one contestant I was testing. All other thirds work, it just refuses to see the data saved in the second score, cell for that rider only. I have copied formatting etc to that trouble field, saved... to no avail. Any ideas?

If only one item is having an issue there is likely something different about that one. You would need to upload the project and the excel sheet so that people could help you troubleshoot what might be different about that one.
