  • 1.  How to lock down events in sequence?

How do I lock down the events in my sequence? I work using an Xpression and a MOS automation system.

Tonight I accidentally dragged an event out of order, while I was trying to scroll down to the end of the show. Luckily I had a commercial break so that I could re-load the show. Alternatively, is there a keyboard-only way to move down the sequence list?

    Thanks!

If you mean to move about the sequencer, I use up down arrows (moving from row to row) and ctrl up and down (moving an item)

I already use the cursor keys/up & down arrows, to navigate among the keys, but I need it to scroll up so that I can see the upcoming events. I found out that SHIFT CTRL up & down arrows does what I wanted.

With our old system, the on-air item could be locked to the top of the screen, but Xpression does not have that tight integration with our newsroom software so I have to scroll up as the show proceeds.
