1. Working with the new plugin and trying to replace a material. It was working but now when I go to search for a file, I get a blank field. It seems as though it's looking into an empty directory.

2. In the Sequence, I have several Running Orders that are present in MOS but shouldn't be because they are not monitored in Inception. They come back after a restart even after I've cleared them out.

The folder the browser looks in is controlled by a setting in the MOS gateway configuration. You could double check that to make sure it is still set to a correct location.

For number 2, its possible they were unmonitored from inception while the XPression MOS gateway was not running.
If they show up in the MOS gateway, just rightclick on them and you can delete them directly from the MOS gateway.
