    Try this?

    If Text1.text = "1" then
     Text2.CurrentFont = NewFont
     temp = Text2.text
     Text2.text = "" & temp
    End If

    Assuming you want "1" to change Text2 to Font 1, and "2" would change Text2 to Font 2, etc...

    Text2.TextWithTags = "{" & Text1.Text & "}" & Text2.Text
