Hello, I created a simple RSS feed ticker, using a Scene Group that houses datalinqed text sources that crawl across the screen in ticker form.
All I'm trying to do now, is use the Scene Director to keyframe the Scene Group to animate on, pause in the sequencer (while my text strings crawl on the ticker), then animate off with another animation controller, then take offline event to finish.
In the Layout side, pressing play three times respectively, takes it online/animates on, pauses, then animate off and get to the Take Offline event. But in the Sequencer side, it takes online, pauses, but then it won't advance when I play it again as any normal scene director with animate on and off controllers would work. It's stuck in a Pause state.
Ross Technical Support remoted in and played with it for a while, but they didn't know why it wouldn't advance or how to get it to work. So they asked that I post the question here.
