  • 1.  Getting Rid of Windows 7

    With Windows 7 EOL quickly approaching, we are looking to get everything we can in our studio space to a supported operating system. Our XPression was purchased mid-2018 and shipped with Windows 7. We are running XPression Studio 9. Are we good to do the Windows 10 upgrade through the standard channels? Do we need to do anything special in order to upgrade? Would Windows 10 Professional be the recommended flavor?

    We are doing Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC on our Mira servers, per Ross' recommendations. Would that be advisable for the XPression also?

    We're on XPression PRIME 6.5. I'd like to know if that would work in Windows 7 compatibility mode on Windows 10.
