Occasionally we have an issue where an animation graphic gets "stuck" and we are not able to change it unless we change it in every Stinger.
When this issue occurs we get the "Breaking News" for every incident we are using a stinger. We have tried restarting MOS gateways and XPression Gateways, Studios and BlueBox previews. Sometimes that works but at times we have to have the users go to each use and change the graphic in the assets library.
Anyone have any clue what is going on and a fix?
