Graphics

I would like to be able to have multiple projects in a project group with each representing a different graphics package to display the same information. How can I make each project use the same sequence, so that when a user has one project open the sequence loads one set of graphics, and when they another project open, it loads another.

I have 4 different versions of my project for the Jazz. I keep a data base spreadsheet of all content so that take ID's can be typed into a dashboard. No matter which version is used, the content is identical. The main downside is if I modify anything in one, I have to do it 4 times.

You could export one take-item list to an XML, then load them in to each project as needed. Make a change? Export it to the same XML file.
