Well there is a ways and there isn't. 

You can create charts like this using the Lines-primitive but then you have to do it manually.

Another option is to use the API-texture in the materials but then you have to script it.

There is no out-of-the-box solution with Datalinq for example that is capable of doing this easily unfortunately.
