  • 1.  Sorting numbers with differents colors depending on value

    Posted 08-28-2019 17:57

    Hi Everybody,
    this is my problem:
I want to be able to give a different color to numbers depending on their value
The biggest number will be red
The intermediate number will be white
the lowest number will be blue
I find a way to do this (see the joined file) and it works perfectly if ALL the numbers are differents but if 2 numbers equal the lowest value or the biggest value it doen't work anymore.
    can you help me?
    Thanks
    Michel

Hope I am not too late, but here is an idea that I tried that works. This VL is assigned separately to each number value with the same set of blocks highlighted with the yellow outline so they function independently of one another - it wouldn't matter if two were equal or not. The multiply and max value blocks are only to separate out the 3 choices (since you required more than two options).

I just found how to do what I exactly want!

Thanks to Stacie Gregory who "put me on the rails" (Translate from a french expression, I don't know if you can say that in english?) I did this.

    Thanks again Stacie.
